For all the website reviews that I have visited, Willamette Dental got an average of 2 stars out of five. The issue that stands out more that gave them this rating is the long hours of waiting for their appointment and for some new clients, it would take months before another appointment. But for people who are already part of their system, it would only take 2 to 3 weeks maximum. One more thing is that their crown work isn’t that strong enough. It usually falls out after a week or two so they would have to re-schedule another appointment with them that will take more weeks without crown. Most of them do not have other choice but to go here because it is the only clinic that their insurance permits. Although certain dentists comes out like Dr. Hazard and staff Elle always gets high scores. Calling their customer service gives them more information too so it is a plus. Their website is kind of difficult to navigate since there are a lot of links that are redundantly posted in the site. Organization of the site is quite difficult to categorize and there are some information that are posted are not necessary anymore.
