Originality. Hau Hauz products are designed by Satu Makkonen who applies her individual vision of Scandinavian and Finnish nature to her work. Her sense of colour and design all originate from Finnish natures changing seasons and patterns. This is reflected in the muted, subtle colors and contemporary patterns which are printed by hand on the finest fabrics making Hau Hauz products all that more unique.

Nature. Hau Hauz respects nature and we try to choose the most natural fibers for our fabrics. We have also included some organic/eco fabrics to our collection. The materials and factories we use have been carefully chosen from around the world to ensure quality goods and fabrics that last.

Scandinavian heritage. The prints are influenced by the beautiful and sometimes quite rough and unspoilt Finnish nature. The designs are minimalist, versatile and contemporary which can be used in many different styles of interiors.
